Delete a profile
1) $WAS_HOME/bin/manageprofiles.sh -delete -profileName {profile_name}
2) Delete the profile directory $WAS_HOME/profiles/{profile_name}
3) $WAS_HOME/bin/manageprofiles.sh -validateAndUpdateRegistry
